Verbier, Switzerland – Polaris Festival returns in 2024 for a unique edition in the heart of the village, featuring a prestigious lineup on November 22-23 and November 29-30. The opening night, on November 22, will be marked by a new collaboration with the Montreux Jazz Festival. This opening night will showcase The Blaze and Maceo Plex, for a memorable festival kick-off. This renewed partnership with the Montreux Jazz Festival promises once again to offer a unique musical and visual experience from the very first evening.
This year, the festival also brings together some of the most iconic figures in the global electronic music scene, with promising live performances and DJ sets. Among the 2024 selection, expect Âme vs Henrik Schwarz performing live simultaneously, Folamour, rising talents like Marina Trench, Logic1000, DJ Holographic, Fiona Kraft as well as an exceptional lineup of legends: Derrick Carter, Carl Craig Live accompanied by "Mad" Mike Banks on keyboards, and the undisputed masters Moodymann, Larry Heard, Richie Hawtin and Laurent Garnier!

Christmas craft market

Created 35 years ago, the Bagn'Art Association aims to promote and develop the work of artists and craftsmen from the Val de Bagnes commune.

The Christmas market returns to Espace St-Marc on December 7 and 8, 2024. Thanks to the creative and passionate investment of our artists and craftspeople, the Espace St-Marc will be dressed in its finest Christmas garb. Garlands of lights, atmospheric music, winter scents - everything will be brought together to let you experience the magic of Christmas.

This year, over 50 exhibitors will be selling their latest creations. Priority will be given to local and Valais artisans.

The artists' bar-resto and food stalls will be open from the opening of the market until the end of the concerts on Saturday at 10pm. On Saturday, the group “One Blue Sky” will set the tone with their folk music. On Sunday, “JackStaff & The Old Boys” will entertain in the foyer.

Marie-France Roux, our “Clown Star”, will propose a number of activities for your children to enjoy a fun and creative moment. The program will include free workshops, games, magic tricks, pearl bracelets, Christmas crafts, tattoos, and plenty of activities to fill them with wonder.

New this year: the Sembrancher fire department will be exhibiting their truck.

On the program (from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday): demonstrations, games and, for the brave, a gondola ride.

For its 5th edition, the organizing committee has put a lot of effort into putting on a great event. We look forward to seeing you there.

The magic of Christmas is for everyone - you're welcome!

The Opening Session is the event that kicks off the 2024/2025 winter season! The concept? Hit the Verbier ski slopes dressed as Saint Nicholas!

This event combines costumes, celebrations, and skiing! For the occasion, the ski day pass is priced at just CHF 5 for everyone sporting their best Saint Nicholas costume.

The day begins early with a free train (in collaboration with RegionAlps) departing from Geneva, connecting major cities in the Lake Geneva area to Le Châble. Enjoy complimentary coffee and croissants on this special train, as well as at the Châble station and the Verbier gondola departure station (Médran).

After a few runs on the slopes, don’t miss the gathering on the Inkontro terrace for a music-filled happy hour with DJ Savalfair. The party continues at the Médran Café, with a complimentary cocktail for all our red-clad guests and live music from Kudos Live to keep the festive spirit going!
